Stefanie (Stef) Makhoul is a Realtor-Associate® with a focus on representing buyers across Bergen County, especially those coming from the New York City metro area. Stefanie has over five years of experience working in the real estate industry and provides her clients, whether buying or selling, with the highest level of customer service possible. A heartfelt advocate for her community, Stefanie finds great joy and fulfillment in introducing people to all that Bergen County has to offer.

Before she transitioned to real estate, Stefanie had a successful 10-year career on Wall Street in New York City, where she resided before returning to her Bergen County roots. Having moved from the city to the suburbs as a first-time homebuyer, Stefanie knows first-hand that buying your first home and relocating from the city to the suburbs involves many nuances. This experience, paired with the deep base of local knowledge she draws from, makes Stefanie an invaluable asset to her clients, especially those relocating from Manhattan, Hoboken, Brooklyn, and other urban areas.

Stefanie is a 10-year resident of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, where she lives with her spouse and two children. She is a previous member of the Contemporary Club in Ho-Ho-Kus, where she also served as a board member, and is currently actively involved in the community and her children’s school. Stefanie is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys family vacations at the beach, cooking, reading, and volunteering with her children’s school and sports programs.
